The International Thinking and Acting Festival (FIPA): democratism, youth and technologies took place from June 4th to June 13th. It was held by CEPIA and the Women’s Learning Partnership and in partnership with EMpower . The event had  more than 100 subscriptions from teenagers and young people from different countries in Latin America, including Peru, Colombia, Chile, as well as participants from different regions of Brazil. Participants from Africa lusophonic countries also attended the FIPA, including participants from Cape Verde and Mozambique. The sessions included simultaneous Portuguese-Spanish interpretation as well as sign language and audio description.

FIPA combined expository moments, with the participation of experts on the topics covered –  digital security and citizenship, advocacy, democracy, protagonism – as well as hands on workshops aimed at helping the participants to develop advocacy tools to be used in social media.

It also had artistic moments with poets, musicians and webdesigners.
