On March 15th. there was a round of discussion, with a wide debate, led by CEPIA’s young trainers Lucas Marçal and Debora Silva, and with the presence of other youths. The two facilitators presented some themes from the publication “Step by Step Human Rights,” such as the emergence of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which turned 70 in December, and the concept of advocacy.
