On April 11 and 12, the seminar Mapping and resisting the gender phantasm in Latin America: geographies of anti-gender movements was held. The seminar was organized by the
Sexuality Policy Watch in partnership with the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, the Arts & Humanities Research Council, and support from the BRICS Policy Center at PUC-Rio, with the participation of researchers from several countries in the region. Sonia Correia presented a historical overview of anti-gender policies. CEPIA was represented by Jacqueline Pitanguy.
