The Brazilian filmmaker, screenwriter and editor Eunice Gutman interviewed, on October 17th, Leila Linhares Barsted for the documentary about the Rio de Janeiro State Council for Women’s Rights – CEDIM/RJ and its Commission for Women’s Safety. Leila highlighted the important participation of feminists in the creation of CEDIM and in the history of this institutional space.
