In this episode of the program, on August 26th, was presented the music of the seamstress Rita Cassiano, from Planaltina-DF, which was born under the inspiration of the cases of violence witnessed in her neighborhood, the song translates what the protective measures of Maria da Penha Law mean in the lives of women.

It also brought Leila Linhares Barsted presenting the results of the research, an articulation of the Avon Institute, National Council of Justice (CNJ), Maria da Penha Law Consortium and CEPIA, which evaluated the quality of the data, from the national database of the Judiciary, of women who sought the justice system and had access to protective measures.

Approximately ⅓ of the Courts of Justice grant these measures within the term stipulated by the Law, of 48 hours, and some states grant even before the deadline determined by the legislation. However, there is still a majority of Courts where the deadline for granting protective measures exceeds the due time. The research revealed to the CNJ and to the society how the Courts of Justice are acting and, soon, a publication with its results will be available.
