On February 16, CEPIA participated in the first meeting of 2022 of the regional initiative Fòs Feminista for the reproductive rights of women, in which the different countries of Latin America, members of this initiative, pointed out the progress achieved and the main challenges for 2022. For the participants from Brazil, the main advancements were the greater interlocution between health professionals and women’s rights organizations and the development of the I Latin American Forum of Legal Abortion Services and, as the main challenge we pointed the electoral environment of 2022 with the advance of the conservative moral agenda and customs.
