Diversity and Inclusion Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Collaborative Practices
On May 29th, occurred the first meeting of the Diversity and Inclusion Commission, of the Brazilian Institute of Collaborative Practices (IBPC), coordinated by lawyers Carolina Morsch (Rio de Janeiro) and Melissa Ourives Veiga (Ceará). One of the Commission’s objectives is to develop and promote a more diverse and representative community of collaborative professionals, joining forces with other Commissions, in the area of Law and Psychology, to strengthen the debate, including guidelines with the perspectives of race, gender and class. Mariana Barsted, project coordinator at CEPIA and a collaborative lawyer is a member of this Commission.
