TECHNICAL NOTE ON THE DRAFT LAWS IN PROGRESS AT THE NATIONAL CONGRESS ON MEASURES TO CONFRONT DOMESTIC AND FAMILY VIOLENCE, IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL DISTANCE

The Maria da Penha Law Consortium, aiming to contribute with the parliamentarians’ initiatives to confront violence against women during the Covid-19 world pandemic, prepared this Technical Note emphasizing the importance of the bills, analyzing the content of each one, making recommendations for improvement and greater scope of the proposed measures and, finally, making themselves available for dialogue with Parliament.
