The publication Tecendo a Rede de Proteção a Criancas e Adolescentes em Situação de Violencia Sexual (Weaving the Protection Network for Children and Adolescents in Situations of Sexual Violence – May 18, day to combat the abuse and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents), from December 2019, and launched in May 2020, presents several reflections on advances and challenges in combating the abuse and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in Brazil. It also presents a historical rescue of the milestones in this field, in addition to the main activities developed around the 18th of May, in 2019 by a collegiate coordination of FEPETI / RJ.
Reflections with a gender perspective are also brought up about the risks that the house represents, especially for girls.
