Coordinated by CEPIA and developed in partnership with the Center for Studies and Actions in Reproductive Health and Women’s Work at the School of Social Services of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), the project was supported by the Department of STD, AIDS and Viral Hepatitis of the Ministry of Health. The project aimed to develop conversations with women in waiting rooms of public health units based on the exhibitions of videos produced by CEPIA on HIV-AIDS prevention.
About 5,000 women were sensitized at 11 public health facilities. One of the results of the project was the publication Trabalhando com Mulher e AIDS.
