Women, go Safe Caravan

The Project, developed by Cepia, with the support of Petrobras and in conjunction with the Secretariat of Policies for Women, was held as a axis of a larger program called Siga Bem Caminhoneiro (Go safe truck driver) aiming to bring information to truck drivers about their health, on STDs, on their rights. Women Go Safe Caravan joined this initiative aiming to discuss with the truck drivers gender power relation, to introduce to them Maria da Penha Law, among other issues related to women’s rights.
