On October 18th to 20th, the Women’s Learning Partnership (WLP) held a workshop on Values-Based Dialogue with UNFPA representatives from Asia-Pacific countries. The meeting was attended by UNFPA representatives from several countries, including Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Pakistan, among others. Betty Yeoh, from Malaysia and Andrea Romani facilitate the meeting. Leila Austin, Co-Executive Director of WLP, also attended the meeting, which addressed topics related to challenges and experiences in the region on how to address more sensitive issues such as sexual and reproductive autonomy based on an approach based on fundamental values and the construction of dialogues.
