CEPIA was present at the closing session of the capacity-building process in planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL) for EMpower’s partner organizations in Latin America, which took place on August 23rd.
EMpower is an international foundation that supports and works closely with local organizations in emerging market countries that focus on solutions that integrate the voices and experiences of young people. Insad is a Mexican organization specializing in social research and evaluation of projects, programs and social policies that provides support to civil society organizations and philanthropic foundations through training processes in strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning, documentation of intervention models, technical follow-up and research.
