On April 28, it tool place the monthly meeting of FEPETI/RJ (State Forum to Prevent Child Labor), bringing together participants from civil society organizations, including CEPIA, and municipal governments in Rio de Janeiro, Cabo Frio, Belford Roxo, Maricá and other municipalities in the state.
The main focus of the meeting was to plan the activities to be held to highlight the National Day to Combat Sexual Abuse and Exploitation against Children and Adolescents, as well as the activities planned for the 12th of June, the day to Combat Child Labor.
Andrea Romani, who is a member of the sexual violence working group of FEPETI/RJ that is responsible for the Forum’s actions on topics related to sexual violence against children and adolescents, and Kézia Sampaio, who will facilitate activities aimed at adolescents and young people have attended the meeting.
