On September 18th it took place the monthly meetings of Fòs Feminist partners in Latin America and the Caribbean. The agenda of the meeting included an update about the Brazilian context regarding the closure of Hospital Cachoeirinha in São Paulo, the only public hospital in the city that used to offered legal abortion services after 22 weeks of pregnancy. Andrea Romani was one of the representatives of Brazilian NGOs presenting the situation in São Paulo. Colleagues from Mexico have updated about the situation in Aguascalientes. Strategic litigation was also addressed during the meeting.
