CEPIA, in partnership with the Women’s Learning Partnership (WLP), held the 12th edition of the Training of Trainers, bringing together powerful women from different fields and regions, including participants from Mexico, Chile and Panama, enabling a regional dialogue around gender issues . Held between August 22nd, 23rd and 24th, the Regional Training of Trainers: leadership, advocacy, economic autonomy and gender equality, was based on the participatory and horizontal methodology adopted in WLP training, where participants and facilitators play an active role throughout the three days that combine expository moments, debates, break out sessions, readings of sessions from WLP manuals and artistic activities. This year the meeting was facilitated by Aira Nascimento and Gabriela Anastasia, a long with CEPIA’s facilitators.
