On April 19th Empower and Tinker held the 1st session of the year of the Practice Community of Latin American NGOs working with youth’s agendas. The session focused on Communication with Impact: Storytelling and oratory and had as speaker Manuel Libenson. It gathered more than 20 representatives of NGOs from the region. CEPIA was represented by Andrea Romani.
