On November 23rd, CEPIA held another activity related to the initiative Latin American Dialogues for Democracy and Women’s Human Rights, developed in partnership with the Women’s Learning Partnership. This initiative aims to strengthen alliances and joint actions between women’s organizations from the region.

The meeting took place online and gathered participants from organizations from Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru and had as its central theme Human rights in dispute, how to strengthen the feminist narrative? and was carried out in conjunction with ComunidadMujer (Chile), Cladem (Argentina) and La Antigona (Peru). The attacks on democracy in the region and the role of women’s movements in building narratives in defense of human rights was one of the focuses of the meeting.
