Continuing the activities carried out at the Orlando Villas Boas Public High School, on September 22nd it took place another workshop of the trainings Empodera e Multiplica (Empower and Multiply). This series of training bring together students from different classes and aims to guide teenagers on how to act as mentors based on the development of skills such as strategic communication, empathy, facilitation and the exercise of leadership on a horizontal and collaborative basis. This workshop, facilitated by Débora Pinheiro, guided the group in the process of planing a workshop that will be facilitated by themselves to students from another class and will have violence as its central theme. To build the workshop, the group took as reference CEPIA´s manuals: Empodera e Multiplica, Manual of Ideas and Activities and Manual of creative tools: activities about puberty.
