The workshop what child labor means to me? was facilitated by CEPIA’s team, represented by Kézia Sampaio, Gabriel Brandão and Debora Pinheiro, and by Canal Futura, in conjunction with FEPETI/RJ and the Municipal Social Assistance Secretariat. The meeting that took place on June 19th brought together 24 teenagers and young people from different areas of the municipality  of Rio de Janeiro to share their impressions about what they understand about child labor and ways to prevent and combat it. At the end of the meeting, messages were prepared in the form of videos and slides highlighting the importance of creating conditions for children and adolescents to be in the classroom and not on the streets selling sweets on signs.
