In another successful partnership with the Municipal Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro, through its Health at School Program, CEPIA concluded, on May 17th, the online Training Skills for Life: Promotion of Emotional Health and Well-Being of School Ecosystem, aimed at educators from the public education system. The training took place between the months of March and May and included 6 video classes and 4 synchronous meetings facilitated by Thaís Silveira, educator and psychologist and a collaborator of CEPIA. The classes addressed the following topics: the school ecosystem, family-school relationship, multiple adolescences, life skills and violences and mental health. The main objective of the Training was to provide new reflections and tools for educational practice based on life skills, emotional care for educators recognizing the multiple adolescences present in the classroom and the need to have an interseccional approach in education.
