In an article published in the newspaper O Globo on April 5, in the Opinião sector, Jacqueline Pitanguy writes about the need to deconstruct narratives transmitted by social networks that, by stating that the new government will burn churches, destroy property, turn boys into girls, among other unfounded threats, instill a collective fear in society, as well as hatred and intolerance. Such narratives are responsible for the deplorable attacks of January 8 in Brasilia and constitute a barrier to democratic and republican political debate.
