The fourth meeting of the Community of Practice promoted by EMpower and Tinker along with Alvaralice and Empujar NGOs was held on February 8th, bringing together organizations from several Latin American countries that develop programs aimed at the defense and protagonism of children and adolescents.
The meeting sought to answer a key question raised by one of the organizations that works on emotional health training programs with Colombian educators: what strategies can be adopted to ensure the participation of educators in extracurricular training programs?
Based on the experience of each of the organizations, a set of recommendations was proposed, including mobilization and communication strategies, evaluation mechanisms and feedback strategies.
