On December 14, the second meeting of the Community of Practice in Adolescence and Youth was held, promoted by EMpower and partner organizations. The Community, which brings together representatives of the various organizations supported by EMpower in Latin America, aims to encourage exchanges of experiences in different agendas related to youth, including employability and sexual and reproductive autonomy. Kézia Sampaio and Gabriel Brandão represented  CEPIA at the meeting and highlighted the prejudices faced by young people from peripheral areas in struggling to  get a job. Samuel, a student from a public high school engaged in CEPIA’s  training programs , was also present at our invitation.
