On August 19th, CEPIA’s youth team promoted a live on the profile of Partiu Papo Reto to talk about democracy and the role of youth as agents of transformation.
The Live was a proposal thought during the campaign that occurs since April, called ‘React! Your vote changes everything’, which aims to encourage young people to participate in politics.
Mediating the live were Gabriel Brandão and Kézia Sampaio, both from CEPIA’s team, and with the participation of Thaís Antunes, political activist, who was part of RAP da Saúde and the Todo Jovem é Rio project from the youth network agency; Samuel Ribeiro, primary schools student at the municipal school Orlando Vilas Boas and who participates in the program against sexual violence of children and adolescents and Eisla Vycent, youth activist, founder of Youth Revolutionary, participated in the FIPA – Festival Pensar e Agir organized by CEPIA. Eisla recently participated in the launching of the Municipal Plan of Combating Sexual Violence against Children and Adolescents, in addition to participating in other political and social actions.
