The Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Human Rights and Health – LIDHS, of the Institute for Studies in Collective Health of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, started on June 21st the Extension Course Approaches to Human Rights in Health, which included the lecture given by Professor Richard G. Parker (ABIA, LIDHS) on Global Health & Human Rights, covering the panorama of the historical construction of global health and Human Rights.

CEPIA is LIDHS partner in the organization of this course and its Executive Coordinators Leila Linhares Barsted and Jacqueline Pitanguy participated of the Opening Table coordinated by Professor Miriam Ventura.
