During the months of April and May, CEPIA held the second edition of the training Sharing knowledge, strengthening dialogues, in partnership with the Municipal Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro, through the Health at School Program.

This training  was aimed at educational professionals working in public high schools and had as central themes: adolescence, the school ecosystem – school, family and community – and life skills and their application in educational practice.

At the last session of the training, the participants shared challenges and suggestions on how to bring the knowledge and skills acquired closer to the classroom in order to improve the relationship teacher – students, emphasizing the importance that these skills, including effective communication, interpersonal relationships, critical thinking and  empathy are incorporated into the daily life of each school.
