The book Feminismo no Brasil, memórias de quem fez acontecer (Feminism in Brazil, memories of those who made it happen), published by Bazar do Tempo, was released on April 26 at Livraria Argumento.

This book, written by Branca Moreira Alves and Jacqueline Pitanguy, respectively member of  the Board and Executive Coordinator of CEPIA, is of fundamental importance for understanding the feminist movement, its struggles and victories that changed the lives of Brazilian women in the 1970s and during the constituent process.

The launch event was attended by several women such as Comba Marques Porto, Hildete Pereira de Mello, Leila Barsted, Leonor Nunes Paiva, Schuma Schumaher and many others who wrote this story of struggles and achievements.
