From March 14th to 25th, the 66th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) – CSW 66 takes place. This year the CSW has as its central theme: “Climate change and environmental disaster risk reduction: equality of gender at the center of solutions”

In parallel to CSW, it is taking place the NGO CSW 66 event bringing together the voices of feminists and women’s rights organizations from different regions of the world in search of greater gender equality in the climate change debate.

CEPIA  along with  Women’s Learning Partnership (WLP) are promoting the session “Feminist Leadership on  Climate Justice: An Intersectional Dialogue across Borders”.

The session will take place on March 22 at 1:00 pm (Brasilia time) and will bring together voices from activists from Brazil, Kyrgyzstan, Senegal and Turkey. The mini bio of each of the participants is available on our social media @cepiacidadania
