In an article on the TERRA website, the journalist Bia Carvalho tells a little about the trajectory of “Partiu Papo Reto”, created by CEPIA with and for teenagers and young people.
“The idea of developing an app aimed at a young audience that would bring reliable, non-judgmental information, and in an interactive and creative way on the topic of sexuality, emerged in 2014, linked to a desire by the NGO CEPIA to involve girls and young women in a more systematic way in their work activities.
To add the real protagonists of the action, teenagers and young people participated in the entire process of creating the app.
8 years and many digital and social changes later, Partiu Papo Reto crossed the seas of communication technology migrating to social networks, on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. The initiative’s team, which is made up mostly of women and young people, produces monthly videos that are posted on Cepia’s Youtube channel and on Partiu Papo Reto’s own Instagram profile.
The audiovisual contents are creative, cheerful and colorful to maintain the training and empowerment program for teenagers and young people, with publications designed to be made between pairs and also to subsidize professionals who work with youth.”
