During the month of October CEPIA, represented by Andrea Romani and Mariana Barsted, participated in a cycle of workshops on Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (PMEL), promoted by the Mexican organization Insad, in an initiative articulated with EMpower – The Emerging Markets Foundation. The meetings brought together Latin American organizations supported by EMpower in a proposal to expand knowledge and exchange experiences in the PMEL area.

Every week, the workshops addressed issues related to organizational planning and social projects, the chain of change, assessment strategies and instruments, as well as the importance of learning from the assessment process and how to communicate results.
