The ATENEA project, implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) aims to support the political and economic participation of women in Latin America.
In partnership with UN Women, it promoted, on October 19 and 20, the Regional Seminar Parity and Inclusive Democracies: challenges in the current context. Jacqueline Pitanguy, who is a member of the UN Women’s Regional Advisory Group, attended this very important seminar at this time of democratic weakness in several countries in the region, including Brazil.
