The Niñas Adolescentes Community of Practice is a space dedicated to the exchange of learnings and challenges among Latin American organizations that work in the empowerment of girls, especially on issues related to their rights and sexual and reproductive autonomy. This initiative is supported by EMpower and is headed by the Colombian organization Tiempo de Juego. The community includes NGOs associated to EMpower from Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, among other countries in the region. CEPIA joins the Community and is represented by Andrea Romani and Karla Oldane.
