The Institute of Studies in Public Health (IESC) of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ, in partnership with CEPIA and ABIA, held on June 8th the opening class of the 5th edition of the Extension Course on the Approach to Human Rights in Health, which featured a presentation by Professor Richard Parker on Global Health, Human Rights and the Epidemics. Leila Linhares Barsted and Jacqueline Pitanguy participated in the opening table coordinated by Professor Miriam Ventura.
