Eleonora Menicuccie, Former Minister of Women’s Affairs Ministry  and Jacqueline Pitanguy, former Presidente of the National Council of  Women were interviewed by TVT about the event Construction and dismantling of human rights and policies for women, which is being organized by the IEA/USP – Sao Paulo University, bringing together former Ministers and Secretaries of the National Secretariat for Policies for Women.

In the interview, Eleonora comments on the dismantling at the National Council for Women’s Rights and Jacqueline highlights setbacks  with the creation of a Ministry that brings together family and women’s rights. She says that one of the achievements of women was to separate the woman’s identity, her rights in professional, political and other spheres of their lives to their  confinement within the family.
