The NGO SerelaMulher promoted, on December 10th, the Webinar Domestic Violence and Mediation – Use and Challenges. Leila Linhares Barsted, from Cepia, was invited to debate the topic, highlighting the limits of mediation practices that cannot be used in cases of domestic violence against women, as defined in the Maria da Penha Law and pointed out the relative possibilities of being used in the Courts family’s.
