On December 10, to mark International Human Rights Day, WLP (Women’s Learning Partnership for Rights Development and Peace)  will screen the documentary Equality: It’s All in the Family. The film examines the root causes of discriminatory laws and highlights the pathways feminist activists are taking toward legal reform. The film screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Musa Dube, Professor of New Testament at the University of Botswana,  Jaqueline Pitanguy, Founder and Director of Cidadania, Estudo, Pesquisa, Informação e Ação (CEPIA), Madhavi Sunder, Professor of Law and Associate Dean for International and Graduate Programs at Georgetown University. Catherine Harrington, Campaign Manager of  The Global Campaign for Equal Nationality Rights will be the moderator.
