On September 29th, the Regional Electoral Attorney of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the Fluminense More Women in Politics Forum, in partnership with Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) Law Rio, promoted the IV Fluminense More Women in Politics Webinar. Pre-candidates from the State of Rio de Janeiro were invited to debate the context of the 2020 elections and inform about their rights.
Leila Linhares Barsted, member of the Forum, representing CEPIA, was one of the exhibitors at this webinar that launched the Letter of Commitment to Political Parties. The Fluminense More Women in Politics Forum, founded in 2018, has among its members representatives from academia, civil society organizations and the legal sphere in a space for exchange, information and support for women candidates from the State of Rio de Janeiro.
