CEPIA continues to invest in disseminating information about Life Skills to young people. We believe that the development of emotional, social and cognitive capacities can help them to better deal with doubts, uncertainties and dreams so present in the adolescence phase. These skills became even more relevant in the context of isolation due to Covid-19 and the greater need for resilience.

The 10 life skills suggested by the World Health Organization – empathy, self-knowledge, dealing with feelings, decision making, interpersonal relationships, dealing with stress,  critical thinking, creative thinking, effective communication and problem solving – are being worked on in a playful way by CEPIA’s young team, made up of Debora Pinheiro, Debora Silva, Kezia Yasmin, Lucas Marçal and Tabita Cristine.
