The international organization Women’s Learning Partnership (WLP), that gather 20 autonomous organizations, including CEPIA, published a solidarity statement with the movement Black Lives Matter.

WLP Statement in Solidarity with Black Lives Matter

The recent murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and countless others, coupled with the horrific impact of COVID-19 on Black communities, have brought demonstrators to the streets around the world to demand justice, accountability, and structural change. We stand in solidarity with the #BlackLivesMatter movement that aims to transform the discriminatory structures of laws and leadership, which have upheld the racialized systems of inequality within
the United States and beyond. We support all the leaders working courageously for a world based on equality and human rights.
