In an interview to Marie Claire Magazine Jacqueline Pitanguy, who lectures today, September 22, at the 2nd edition of the Festival Now that is them (#Agora é que são Elas), in São Paulo, comments that Brazil is experiencing a setback regarding public policies in defense of women’s rights. She calls attention to the small number of women in the political parties and how this underrepresentation should be understood as a form of violence.
