The State Forum to Combat Child Labor and Adolescent Worker Protection (FEPETI/RJ) held its 5th ordinary meeting on May 23rd focusing on activities around May 18th, National Day to Combat Abuse and Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.
Several municipalities of the state were present to share the activities carried out by May 18th, including Petrópolis, Nova Iguaçu, Itaguaí, Belford Roxo, among others.
CEPIA, which is part of the collegiate coordination of the FEPETI/RJ sexual violence working group, represented by Andrea Romani, attended the meeting.
Sexual Exploitation is considered one of the worst forms of child labor.
