Foi realizado em Washington entre 29 de junho e 1 de julho 2007 o Congresso Anual do Global Health Counci, que reuniu mais de 2000 especialistas em saúde provenientes de diferentes disciplinas em torno da temática Parcerias para a Saúde. A CEPIA esteve representada por Jacqueline Pitanguy que foi inclusive co-chair do evento e participou da mesa sobre “Less Talk, More Action: Forging Partnerships for the Well-being of Women”.
