Fomenting the taking of decisions: Training for the leadership women

The workshop “Fomentando a tomada de decisões: treinamento para a liderança das mulheres” which is being co-ordinated by CEPIA , at CEDIM has the manual as base, translated to portuguese by CEPIA, “Fomentando a tomada de decisões: manual de treinamento para a liderança das mulheres”, elaborated by the american organization Women’s Learning Partnership for Rights, Development and Peace – WLP, in association with the Association Démocratique des Femmes du Maroc, do Marrocos, BAOBAB for Women´s Human Rights, from Nigéria and Women´s Affairs Technical Committee, of Palestine.

This workshop has the intention to envolve brazilian woman in this iternacional initiative internacional that searchs to create a vision and an agenda shared for the leadership of women in the world.

The programming consists of four sequential and complementary workshops with approach in the following questions:
• The construction of leaderships
• Strategies of communication
• The creation of partnerships for the action

The proposal of the workshop is to make possible the identification and the development of better medias, listening, construction of consensus, creation of common goals and promotion of learning partnerships.

The workshop will happen with a group of 20 leader women in potential who act in different areas such as base institutions, non governmental organizations, health, popular and public education among others. See the list of the participants below:
